1. Services Offered
We provide general handyman services including, but not limited to, electrical repairs and installations, plumbing, painting, carpentry, home maintenance, fencing, and outdoor work. Services are performed by trained and insured professionals.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or our website. All appointments are subject to availability. We strive to be on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job complications. Clients will be notified in such cases.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise noted. All estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Pricing may vary based on scope, material costs, and labor required. Additional charges may apply for same-day or emergency service.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, digital payments, etc.]. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue at no additional charge.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by us

  • Damage resulting from the use of client-supplied materials

  • Issues caused by structural defects, outdated systems, or code violations

  • Delays due to third-party vendors or suppliers

Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and access to the work area.
8. Insurance and Licensing
Our team is fully insured. We comply with all local licensing requirements applicable to handyman services in North Carolina and South Carolina service areas.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the worksite is unsafe, if the requested work exceeds the scope of our licensing or insurance, or if inappropriate behavior is exhibited by the client.
10. Use of Client Photos for Marketing
With your permission, we may take before/after photos of completed work for promotional use. No personal or identifying information will be shared.
11. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected for the purpose of scheduling or service delivery is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
12. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via our website or direct communication.
